Building Renewable Energy Capacity,  Southwest Indian Tribe: 

EcoAnalytics,in conjunction with an Indian tribe,  will develop a strategic plan for two separate commercial operations including biomass pellet production and a mobile home weatherization program that links to emission trading markets (to serve as an ongoing funding source for expansion).  Client deliverables include writing a business plan and creating a financial model for both programs and supporting a renewable energy office longer-term via fund raising and scoping and feasibility studies for site specific projects.
